Description

A striking large-format mid-century lingerie display card, issued by Bestform for in-store / point-of-purchase use and featuring their iconic “as seen in Mademoiselle” branding. Printed in rich duotone with deco lettering and a glamorous model posed in girdle, bra, and stockings, it’s a quintessential piece of American fashion advertising—part pin-up, part Madison Avenue elegance, and all attitude.

Produced on heavy card stock with the original standee still affixed to the verso, this was designed to sit on a counter or dressing table in department stores, lingerie shops, and beauty boutiques. These ephemeral displays rarely survived commercial use; most were discarded after seasonal campaigns. Scarce in any condition, and especially desirable for collectors of vintage lingerie, magazine ephemera, mid-century fashion, cheesecake pin-up imagery, and period advertising.

A rare survivor from the golden age of American lingerie advertising—perfect for fashion collectors, designers, and anyone who loves true mid-century style. Or OH! How this would look in your ManCave!
